Since March 2022, Florent TOURNOIS has led the "France Identité" program, which focuses on digitizing the French ID card and developing the French digital identity wallet. He also coordinates the EU-funded POTENTIAL project, testing the interoperability of digital identity wallets across 18 EU countries and Ukraine, as well as the newly-selected consortium APTITUDE with 11 EU countries and Ukraine, and PACT. Before ANTS, Florent worked at the General Directorate for Enterprises (DGE) and the Interministerial Directorate for Digital Affairs (DINUM).
