Jan Stedul

Jan Stedul is Managing Director Germany at Accessiway, where he is responsible for go-to-market and enterprise growth across several European markets. He works closely with large organisations to move accessibility out of one-off audits and into a continuous, structured process. The focus is on giving teams clear visibility into their current status and embedding accessibility directly into existing development workflows, so issues are actually resolved and not lost in reports. Before joining Accessiway, Jan spent more than eight years building and scaling an AI-driven SaaS company. His work covered product, go-to-market and client advisory, with a focus on helping organisations adopt new technologies and operate more efficiently in complex environments. He brings together experience in SaaS, AI and regional market building, with a strong track record in enterprise sales and developing markets from the ground up.
