Carsten Rosche is a computer scientist and has been working in the field of digital public administration since 2008, initially at the Federal Ministry of the Interior and, since 2025, at the Federal Ministry for Digital Transformation and Government Modernisation. He is currently heading the project for the implementation of the EUDI Wallet in Germany.
